Description
Benning's Green Tint scallop squash are a classic heirloom variety with great yields of saucer shaped fruits that take on a very pale green coloration. Scallop squash are known for their firm texture making them great for slow cooked recipes like soup. The squash can grow to the size of a small plate, but are best harvested young when they reach 2" to 3" in diameter. Life Cycle
