Red Mushroom Scotch Bonnet Pepper
This is an exciting variety from Territorial Seed that they have been refining for years to produce large yields very quickly, making it well suited for growing in Oregon. The squat red peppers have a unique shape and are loaded with fruity sweetness and lots of heat. Perfect for drying into a powder for Jamaican jerk seasoning, or for using to make Caribbean hot sauces. This pepper registers about 150,000 to 300,000 Scoville Heat Units, making it comparable to a habanero.
