Description
The rainforest chile, or Aji Rainforest, is a unique and rare treat from the Brazilian rainforest. The tall plants yield lots of small peppers with a slight sweetness and tropical fruit flavor. The spice level is a medium heat at 10,000 to 50,000 Scoville heat units, making it comparable to a serrano or slightly hotter.
