Description
The strain of Hungarian Hot Wax peppers that we grow is widely adapted and very heavy yielding. The hot peppers start out yellow and ripen to orange and finally red, where they develop a sweet and spicy flavor. A great pepper for roasting or pickling. These peppers have a wide range in spice level between 1,000 and 15,000 Scoville units, which make them close to a jalapeno. Sunlight Preference
