Gypsy Queens is a release from Adaptive Seeds in Sweet Home, Oregon. They dehybridized the popular hybrid pepper, 'Gypsy', and have brought this wonderful open pollinated variety to market. The conical shaped fruits start out lime green and ripen to red and have a mild and delicious sweet flavor. Can be used like a bell pepper for fresh eating or sauteing.
