Criolla de Cocina Pepper
A rare and interesting seasoning pepper from Nicaragua. This attractive pepper has an interesting wrinkled skin that is very thin making it great for fresh use. The flavor is sweet with lots of pronounced pepper flavor. It can be used in place of traditional bell peppers in all of your favorite recipes. The plants produce small 4" fruits that start green and turn a bright red when they are ripe. We love to use these mixed with poblanos for fajitas!
