Description
Cozumel is an extra early Caribe type pepper with a beautiful array of colors starting at yellow and slowly finishing at red with some orange tones in between. The flavor starts as mildly spicy and develops into a fruity flavor with a touch of heat at maturity. The fruits are 4 inches long and are perfect for salsa or poppers. Caribe peppers are similar to jalapenos in heat level at 5,000 to 10,000 Scoville units.
