Cornito Rosso is a half-size red variety of Corno di Toro pepper in the Cornito series from Johnny's Seeds. Corno di Toro peppers are incredibly sweet and flavorful and are great for roasting or frying. We use these in place of bell peppers because of their exceptional flavor and texture.
