Bottle Rocket is a Thai style cayenne pepper that was discovered in a market in Budapest, Hungary.  Johnny's began growing and selecting for upright plants, early maturity, and uniform fruit size. The fruits set upright on the plant and mature to a bright red color. Perfect for Thai dishes or making red pepper flakes. Thai chilis pack a good amount of heat at 50,000 to 100,000 Scoville units.
