Biquinho YellowCapsicum chinense
Description
Biquinho peppers are native to Brazil where they are traditionally pickled and used as a garnish and accompaniment to bar food. The word biquinho translates to "little beak" which is a great descriptor for the shape of these small peppers. They are considered a hot pepper, but they only register 1,000 scoville units which makes them relatively mild. They have a tangy and fruity flavor with just a slight hint of heat.
