Description
Skyphos red butterhead lettuce is one of our absolute favorite lettuces to grow and to eat!  The large heads are bright green towards the center and a reddish purple hue towards the tips. The centers of these tender heads develop a buttery and silky smooth texture perfect for lettuce wraps or cobb salads. Heat tolerant and widely adapted.
