Scarlet kale is a true nutrient powerhouse.  The scarlet coloration deepens in cold weather and is a result of antioxidant accumulation in the plant. Tolerant of both frost and summer conditions. Plants mature to about 2 to 3 feet tall if left to grow to their full size.  Can also be harvested for baby greens as well.
