Lemon CucumberCucumis sativus
Description
Lemon cucumbers are a PNW favorite as they grow well in cooler climates and are overall delicious and bitter free. The small round cucumbers turn a lemon yellow color as they ripen. They grow to about the size of a large lemon, but are better tasting and more tender when they are the size of a lime. The smaller plants do better with trellising, but their compact nature makes them easier to manage and suitable for growing on the ground. Plant Size
