What is a CSA?CSA stands for "community supported agriculture", which is a beneficial relationship between farmer and consumer. CSA members support farmers by helping to offset the upfront costs of running a farm and in return they get a share of the farm's bounty throughout the year. As a member you will receive a box of farm fresh goodies each week. During times of farm prosperity you can expect to receive additional farm goodies, which is an added benefit of supporting the farm earlier in the season.
PricingThe cost of the 2023 CSA is $522 for an 18-week subscription. We will require a $175 deposit, due by February 15th, to reserve your spot in the program. The total amount is due by March 15th.
CSA scheduleThe CSA will begin the first week of June and will run until mid-October, for a total of 20 weeks. The 20-week schedule allows you to skip a total of two weeks, which gives you flexibility if you are out of town or just don't have a need for vegetables on a particular week.
CSA shares can be picked up at the farm on the designated day (tbd), between 3pm and 6pm |
