​Amaranthus cruentus 'Copperhead'

Description
Copperhead is an upright amaranth with very attractive and ornamental seed heads that are orange/copper in color.  This variety is known for producing an abundance of edible seed on somewhat compact plants (relatively for amaranth).  The leaves are also edible and can be used just like spinach. A lovely edible ornamental that will make a statement in your garden!
